Thaw in refrigerator overnight. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
- Lightly oil and season the whiting portions wih salt and pepper.
- Heat non-stick frypan to medium heat.
- Place the thawed whiting portions into the pan and cook for 4 minutes (2 minutes on each side), until cooked throughout.
