Natural Thaw
Place in the refrigerator and allow to thaw overnight
Quick Thaw
Place under cool running water for 5 to 7 minutes. While rinsing, lightly rotate the prawns to ensure even thawing. Let drain for 2 minutes. Once thawed prawns are ready to eat, no further cooking is required. Use within two days of thawing.
