Cook from frozen. Product must be fully cooked before consumption.

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 220oC, or 230oC conventional oven.
  2. Remove product from pack and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Cook for 7 minutes each side, (total cooking time 14 minutes) or until crisp and golden brown.

Deep Fry

  1. At 180oC for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
