Cooking Instructions 

This product must be cooked before consumption. 

  1. Preheat fan forced oven 180oC or 200oC for conventional oven. 
  2. Remove salmon from packaging. 
  3. Season or flavour to taste and place on baking paper lined tray. 
  4. Place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes for medium/rare or 20 to 25 minutes for medium/well done. 
  5. Remove from oven and rest before serving.
