Cooking Instructions 

This product must be cooked before consumption. 

  1. Lightly oil and season portions. 
  2. Heat BBQ hot plate or frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes skin side down first, and then turn and cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes for rare, or 5 to 6 minutes for medium/well done.
