Quick Thaw Method
Place frozen mussel meat into a strainer and rinse with cold running water for approximately 5-7 minutes. While rinsing, lightly rotate the mussel meat to ensure even thawing. Let drain for 2 minutes. Mussel meat is now ready to eat. When thawed cover, refrigerate, and consume within 12 hours of thawing.
