Easy Thaw Instructions:
Cover and thaw Whiting fillets in the refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use.
This is a raw product, please cook thoroughly before consumption.
- Pre-heat a non-stick fry pan on a medium to high heat and add approximately 2 tablespoons of oil suitable for pan frying.
- Cook the whiting fillets on a medium heat for 6 minutes turning halfway until product is fully cooked through.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb.
