Pan Fry

  1. Heat frying pan to medium heat and lightly oil.
  2. Cook for 4-5 minutes then turn and cook for a further 4-5 minutes for rare or 5-6 minutes for medium/well done.

BBQ

  1. Heat BBQ hot plate to medium heat and lightly oil.
  2. Cook for 4-5 minutes then turn and cook for a further 4-5 minutes for rare or 5-6 minutes for medium/well done.

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180˚C or 200˚C for a conventional oven.
  2. Place portions on a baking tray.
  3. Place in oven and cook for 10-12 minutes for rare or 13-15 minutes for medium/well done.
