Thaw in refrigerator overnight. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
- Preheat a non-stick frypan on a medium to high heat and add approximately 2 tablespoons of oil suitable for pan frying.
- Cook the basa fillets on a medium heat for 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
- Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil before serving.
- Preheat oven to 180oC.
- Place fish on baking paper lined tray and place in the middle of the oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
