Thaw in refrigerator overnight. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption. 

Pan Fry

  1. Preheat a non-stick frypan on a medium to high heat and add approximately 2 tablespoons of oil suitable for pan frying. 
  2. Cook the basa fillets on a medium heat for 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
  3. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil before serving.

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Place fish on baking paper lined tray and place in the middle of the oven. 
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
