Place in the refrigerator and allow to thaw overnight. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
- Heat a non-stick lightly oiled frying pan to a medium high heat.
- Place thawed squid in pan and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked.
