Cook from frozen.

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat oven to 230oC.
  2. Bake from frozen for a total of 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Deep Fry

  1. Preheat oil to 180oC.
  2. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
