Thawing Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator overnight and cook thoroughly prior to consumption. 

Cooking Instructions

Product must be fully cooked before consumption. 

Pan Fry

  1. Preheat a non-stickfrypan on a medium to high heat and add approximately 2 tablespoons of oil suitable for pan frying.
  2. Cook the whiting fillets on a medium heat for 6 minutes turning halfway until product is fully cooked through.
  3. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil before serving.
