Cook from frozen. Must be fully cooked before consumption. 

Oven Bake 

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC fan forced.
  2. Remove product from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Cook for 12 - 14 minutes, 6 - 7 minutes on each side.
